Granddaughter Sienna promised a sandwich we’d all love—and she delivered! She borrowed the recipe from ISA DOES IT, a favorite cookbook by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. While trays of sliced zucchini and cauliflower were roasting in the oven, Sienna whipped up a ROMESCO Spread of toasted almonds, roasted red peppers, and garlic. So delicious on hearty bread topped with fresh-picked basil leaves!
