Rolfing structural integration available at One Spirit Massage Studio

Rolfing structural integration is now offered at One Spirit Massage Studio in Rehoboth Beach. Practitioner Mircea Pinzaru, LMT, BCTMB, started his bodywork training in Romania, his native country, in 2003.

Since moving to the U.S. in 2004, he has continued enriching his skills and knowledge, adding certification in several modalities. Most recently he completed studies at the Rolf Institute for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colo., graduating in 2012.

The process consists of both structural and movement integration. The structural portion addresses physical restrictions in the myofascial system. The movement integration is an educational piece which will address the patterns that lead the body to imbalance. The process is very empowering and offers the receiver the means to maintain and expand the positive changes that occur.

Rolfing SI is mainly concerned with structural changes but any change in the physical body will inevitably affect the whole person on multiple levels. Rolfing SI clients often report positive changes in their outlook on life and in their ability to handle emotionally challenging situations.
