Native Redbud Blooming

This tree, whose winter self looks like it is about done with life, bursts into purple blooms in the spring. It thinks it is red, so I don't tell it I think it's purple. This detail caught my eye and I realized later that the wind was blowing a little and one of the buds is in motion.
