The town of Millsboro remains old school unspoiled as the police and fire departments embrace the race and provide enthusiastic support to the runners.

Jeff was followed by Mike Sewell in 18:12, Martin Rodriguez in 18:14, Anthony Romano in 18:30, Chris Stanley in 18:51, Paul Montini in 18:58, Matt Littlejohn in 19:09, DJ Farren in 19:32 and Sonny Boy Landis in 19:41.
