Nick Carter in Lewes took this photograph from his family’s dock on the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal. “This one was taken after another Wednesday night sailboat race in September 2016,” said Carter. “The colors were spectacular, untouched and taken with my Samsung 5. We watched the colors change for over an hour.”
