Intuition workshop set in Rehoboth July 18
Most people have experienced moments where they were thinking about someone and then soon after, they received a telephone call from that person. This type of phenomenon is referred to as a telepathic experience. Telepathy is a form of communication that occurs between a sender and a receiver over distance without the use of words or signals. Telepathy was one of the first intuitive skills ever evaluated by scientific analysts in research studies.
Remote viewing has also been a subject of many scientific studies and has been of great interest to the United States government. Remote viewing is the ability to describe and give details about a place that can not be physically accessed because of distance, time or shielding. The movie "The Men Who Stare At Goats" brought attention to this skill and to the U.S. government's parapsychology program. Congress funded an ESP-type program from 1972 through the mid-1990s. During this time, military personnel were recruited to undergo training to improve their skills of remote viewing.
Through scientific trials, methods of training have been developed which can help individuals improve their intuitive abilities.
Catrina Stiller, a licensed practical counselor and healer who integrates her skill of intuition and reiki into counseling sessions, is offering an intuition for everyone workshop from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, July 18, at Rehoboth Beach Yoga Center, 20245 Bay Vista Road, Suite 101. The focus will be on the skills of telepathy, body heat telepathy and remote viewing. Stiller has been studying and practicing her intuitive abilities for close to 10 years. She is a former student of Laura Day and uses Day's book, "How to Rule the World from Your Couch" to assist people in developing their own intuitive skills.
Learning how to improve one’s innate intuitive abilities helps individuals more easily navigate the daily demands of life. They can use telepathy to send clear messages to those around them in order to obtain more favorable responses. This skill can be particularly useful for individuals in sales or executives managing people. Remote viewing is helpful in daily life to locate missing objects, view a competitors' products, plan investments, view relationships and evaluate real estate.
