Donald Keith Williams Jr., excellent salesman

Donald K. Williams Jr., 62, of Lewes, passed away surrounded by his family Monday, April 2, 2018. He was born Aug. 23, 1955, in Springfield, Mass., son of the late Donald K. Williams Sr. and Ann Williams.

He was formerly vice president of Security Instrument Corporation. He was president of Pike Creek Crossing in Hockessin, a real estate agent and team leader of the Don Williams Group at Keller Williams Realty in Lewes.

Don touched many lives during his time on this Earth. He was an adoring husband, father, son and friend who will be greatly missed. He was one of a kind, with a great sense of humor and strong work ethic. He was an excellent salesman who connected with everyone he met. Many friends and clients, who became friends, can recall what an honest, caring and hardworking man he was. He persevered through any obstacle in his path. He loved fishing and golfing with his son, Tripp, and his friends, and participated in many golf tournaments throughout the years.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Elizabeth Williams; his daughter, Emily Williams of Rehoboth Beach; his son, Tripp Williams of Rehoboth Beach; and his mother Ann Williams of Lewes. He is predeceased by his father Donald K. Williams Sr.; and his brother AJ (Billy) Williams.

Services will be held at Baywood Greens, 32267 Clubhouse Drive, Long Neck, Sunday, April 15, at 11:30 a.m. Visitation with the family will be held 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., followed by a luncheon.
