Janney opens new office in Lewes

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a leading full-service wealth management, financial services and investment banking firm headquartered in Philadelphia, announced that it has expanded its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region with the opening of a new office in Lewes, the firm's second branch office in Delaware.

"Janney's new Lewes office will allow us to expand our footprint in a key marketplace and cultivate new client relationships as we focus on growth in the region," said Vince Crognale, complex manager. Five financial advisors will be moving from the firm's Greenville branch office to form the new Lewes office. They include Edward Duffy Jr., first vice president/wealth management; Thomas Leary, vice president/private client group; and the advisors of the Tidwell Wealth Advisory Group, comprising Daniel Tidwell, senior vice president/wealth management, and financial advisors Jeffrey Tidwell and Nicholas Shevland.

Lewes represents the fifth new location opened by Janney in 2018, following Battle Creek, Mich.; Columbus Grandview, Ohio; Florence, S.C.; and Riverhead, N.Y.

The new office is at 12001 Old Vine Blvd., Commercial Unit 106, Lewes.
