Seachange Vacation Rentals hires vacation planner

September 29, 2018

In another first for the vacation rental industry in the Cape Region, Seachange Vacation Rentals, Powered by Keller Williams Delaware Beaches, in Ddowntown Rehoboth Beach, has expanded to create and hire a new job category - vacation planner.

This new role combines reservations and travel agent skills into a new role focused on selling availability in managed property portfolio while assisting guests planning their trip to the  area. The vacation planner job category will be the guest point of contact, developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with all guests inquiring about and staying at Seachange Vacation Rental properties.

These vital team members will operate as a hybrid of a reservationist and travel agent to share their intimate knowledge of the managed vacation rental inventory in addition with their local area knowledge to help guests plan and maximize their vacation enjoyment. The vacation planners will help guests plan their vacations and owners meet revenue goals for their properties. Achieving 100 percent occupancy for rental property owners allows owners to maximize the return on their rental property investment.  Vacation planners will work with strategic partners to enhance guest’s’ vacation experience.

This is an energetic, people forward, sales position that typifies Seachange Vacation Rentals approach to beach house rentals: that of blending best practices from hospitality and real estate industry verticals. SeaChange Vacation Rentals is now accepting new quality properties into its boutique rentals program for 2019. Disregard if the property is already listed with another agency.
