Prudential Gallo opens new office in Bethany Beach

Prudential Gallo, the residential and commercial real estate firm founded in Rehoboth Beach in 1979, has opened an additional office in Bethany Beach. The independent brokerage of Beach Realty & Rentals, located in Millville, has merged with Prudential Gallo and moved its office to the new location. The new office is located at 33292 Coastal Hwy. in Bethany Beach, about one mile south of the Route 26 intersection.

The new location will specialize in residential sales and rentals, as well as commercial sales and leasing. Sales Manager Mary Cerami will oversee a growing team of REALTORS, including Nancy Brown, George Cole, Christine Corrigan, Kiki Hargrove, Kitty Cole-Hickman and Leslie Russo.

Cerami stated, “I have been speaking with the folks at Prudential Gallo for almost a year, and felt their expertise in marketing and technology would greatly help my agents in their professional growth. Cerami has been a licensed real estate broker for 24 years in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. She also holds a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute certification. After moving to Delaware in 2001, Cerami opened her own Real Estate firm, Beach Realty, in 2009, and successfully developed the firm, prior to merging her team with Prudential Gallo. Married to Joseph Cerami, she has two children and three grandchildren who love visiting Bethany Beach.
