From Suzy Amis Cameron’s OMD, come sweet Plant-Based meringues made with AQUAFABA (bean water)! Easy, melt-in-your-mouth sweetness, I drained a can of NO SALT chickpeas and whipped up 1/2 cup AQUAFABA with cream of tartar, maple sugar, and vanilla. The recipe follows.
