Snowstorm surprises Cape Region

The tail end of the polar vortex surprised the Cape Region Feb. 1 with a few inches of snow. The weather made driving conditions tricky, especially on secondary roads. Cape Henlopen School District dismissed students early Feb. 1 because of the inclement weather.
