Signature Property Management relocates office to Lewes

March 11, 2019

Signature Property Management has relocated its office to a larger location in Lewes to better accommodate its increased staff and to serve its growing client base.

The 4-year-old firm manages 47 residential association communities in Sussex County and in the Dover area, with a 12-member staff. The company moved to 20375 John J. Williams Highway, Route 24, Lewes. The new space offers 2,800 square feet for staff and clients, said President Stuart Galkin.

Galkin and a partner launched Signature Property Management in late 2014 and achieved rapid growth, building relationships in Sussex County. Galkin has more than 25 years of property management experience, previously as managing partner of Pine Management Group, vice president of Resource Real Estate, and earlier with Liberty Property Trust in Philadelphia. He holds real estate licenses in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Rowan University and master’s degree at St. Joseph’s University.

Signature Property Management now offers Signature Pay, a new online payment portal on its website that provides property owners an efficient, streamlined process to make monthly or quarterly assessment payments directly to their homeowner association account via bank transfer from checking account or credit card. This secured system also automatically updates accounting for the homeowner association for better accuracy and timeliness.

“From our new, larger office to new, premium offerings like Signature Pay, we want to demonstrate our commitment to the latest industry-specific technology, and complete transparency on a local level to help our clients maintain and improve the value of their communities,” Galkin said.

Signature Property Management provides management and maintenance services for residential condominium communities and their homeowner associations. Founded in 2014, it is locally owned and operated in Sussex County, with real estate, finance and accounting, community management and maintenance professionals on staff. SPM focuses on partnerships to protect and enhance the value of the managed communities with complete transparency and accountability, using state-of-the-art, industry-specific technology.
