BeachORIGINALS' Dining Card offers savings

November 3, 2011

Cape Gazette recently announced its 2011-12 BeachORIGINALS’ Dining Card which this year promotes 18 outstanding independent restaurants in Lewes, Rehoboth and Bethany, each offering discounts during the off season as an incentive to experience their cuisine.

Cards may be purchased for $20 and can used at participating restaurants through May 15, 2012. The dining card allows users to receive a one-time discount of up to $15 at each restaurant. On specified days, cardholders buy two entrées, paying full price for the more expensive entrée and receiving a discount on the second. The discount is equal to the price of the less expensive entrée but is capped at $15.

Complete details on the program are available online at www.BeachORIGINALS.org. Cards can be purchased online or at Cape Gazette’s office and will be available through local fundraisers at St. Jude’s, St. Peter’s, UNICO and AAUW.

This year’s participating restaurants include Annabella’s Italian Restaurant, Baywood Clubhouse Restaurant, Café Azafran, Cilantro, DiFebo’s, DiFebo’s Bistro at Bear Trap Dunes, Dos Locos, JD’s Filling Station, Jerry’s Seafood, Just in Thyme, Kindle, Mariachi, The Parkway, Red Square, Rehoboth Ale House, Sole, Striper Bites and Victoria’s. Some restrictions apply.
