Gov. John Carney stopped by the Lewes Public Library Feb. 4 for a tour and to learn more about the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program. Lewes Public Library is one of 13 across the state that participates in the program, which gives children up to age 5 a free book every month. Pictured with Carney are Rep.
