All Pro Maids and Maintenance celebrates one year
Just a month after celebrating his one-year anniversary as owner of All Pro Maids in Lewes, Travis Wyshock is offering a special 50 percent discount on cleaning services to law enforcement, first responders, nurses, doctors and members of the military during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“I wanted to do something for our heroes,” said Wyshock, a U.S. Marine combat veteran. “And I think it’s a great time to do it.”
All Pro Maids has been serving the Cape Region since 1989. After taking over the business in 2019, Wyshock added All Pro Management, a property management business that complements the cleaning service. He is also an agent at Wyshock & Associates, an insurance company that offers homeowners, auto, boat, RV, motorcycle, business, health and life, and flood insurance.
“I have incorporated my customer service and team skills developed from 20 years of my insurance and other services to our community,” Wyshock said. “Over time, I have developed long-term relationships in this community by treating my clients they way I would want to be treated with excellent service and outstanding product.”
Wyshock said All Pro Management's focus is to support the local business and commercial properties as well as real estate agents, homeowners association and condo property managers, and rental clients using services such as AirBnb and VRBO.
As an insurance provider, Wyshock said, he often received questions from clients about finding the best plumber, painter or HVAC company. That gave him the idea to become a property manager, so he put in the work to get a real estate license. Shortly after, All Pro Maids came up for sale, and Wyshock moved everything under one roof on Savannah Road at Wescoats Corner.
“We keep properties clean and sterilized, provide linen services, provide cost-effective insurance products and also provide property management needs,” he said. “I sort of made it a one-stop shop.”
