Bad weather last week delayed the project a few days, but Delaware Department of Transportation officials say the new traffic signal at the Clay Road-Kings Highway intersection in Lewes will soon be operational.
The signal will in flashing mode starting in the evening of Wednesday, Nov. 18, and switch to full stop-and-go operation on Monday, Nov. 23.
