Delaware license plate project seeks missing low-number tags

For 14 years, Jordan Irazabal has been working to photo document the 3,000 lowest active Delaware license plate numbers. Now he has only 32 tag numbers left to find.
Izrabal asks the public to help him get the remaining 32 up-close photos. Plate numbers still missing in the photo collection are 354, C127, C506, C651, C857, PC424, PC650, PC845, 416, C250, C582, C656, C951, PC501, PC708, PC861, 524, C286, C596, C727, PC65, PC502, PC737, PC897, C122, C388, C643, C764, PC152, PC516, PC822 and PC901.
