DelDOT J1 Student Bicycle Program seeks missing bikes

The Delaware Department of Transportation J1 Student Bicycle Program has concluded for 2021.
The program lends bikes to J1 students, enabling them to commute to their workplaces during the summer. The students are required to return their bikes at the end of the season, but 50 bikes were not returned this year.
Students typically leave them at their residences or workplaces, or just abandon them. Some students sell them or give them to friends not in the program.
The current bike inventory will not be sufficient for the number of students anticipated next year.
