During a recent trip to South Florida, Lewes residents Jeanne and Dave Shook couldn’t resist a side trip to Dogfish Head Miami, delivering news from the Cape Gazette to the company's newest brewpub. Located in Miami's vibrant Wynwood Arts District, where music, art, and creativity converge, the off-centered Dogfish Head brand is alive and well.
Colorful beer taps in eye-popping Floridian colors dispense their signature brews, complementing a menu that reflects a taste of Miami, from beef empanadas to grilled street corn. The Dogfish Head vibe is further enhanced with colorful murals by local artists.
Although a relative “newcomer” to the Wynwood scene, it appears that southern Florida has embraced the Dogfish Head culture that coastal Delaware has enjoyed for 25 years.
