Universal Meals

The family reunion is coming and you’re hosting the big event. What in the world will you feed this crew for 2 days with so many different dietary needs? Aunt Susie is allergic to seafood and cousin Jake is lactose intolerant. Uncle Bob is vegan and so is Aunt Kay. Grandpa can’t eat soy and Grandma is avoiding gluten. Then half the kids refuse to eat animals for humane and environmental reasons and the other half are allergic to nuts or dairy products.

Help is on the way! Universal Meals are here with flavorful recipes and guidance for you at home and also for any business or institution/school that is looking to meet the dietary needs of customers, clients and students. Thanks to the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM.ORG) this free program was designed to appeal to virtually everyone, regardless of their dietary requirements.

The EASY SWAPS chart below includes tips on how to adapt your kitchen’s current offerings to become Universal Meals. And be sure to try the Fast Fettuccine Alfredo so you can spread the word about these tasty UNIVERSAL MEALS!
