Coldwell Banker Premier rebrand follows recent merger

Legacy firm leverages service enhancements as part of multi-state brokerage
June 24, 2022

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, a 40-year-old multi-office brokerage serving Sussex and Kent counties in Delaware, announced that it will now do business under the Coldwell Banker Premier banner. This follows the legacy firm’s January 2022 merger with the regional industry leader, which has a presence in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania, as well as Delaware.

Local offices in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Seaford and Milford will now do business as Coldwell Banker Premier. Clients can expect the same high levels of service they were previously afforded, with the benefit of having access to greater levels of support thanks to enterprise-wide technology systems, enhanced marketing distribution, and programs including Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury platform and greater referral corridors for those wanting to experience coastal living or looking for a vacation home.

As part of Coldwell Banker Premier, all agents benefit from health and wealth solutions which provide access to health, dental and vision insurance, as well as a 401k plan and deferred compensation plan for all agents and staff. In addition, automation of back-office functions will increase efficiencies for agents while also benefiting from operational synergies in property management, relocation, training, coaching and professional marketing support.

“Coldwell Banker Resort’s powerful legacy in this community has been amplified as part of the Coldwell Banker Premier family, and we are thrilled to come together under a united name to continue the momentum we kicked off in January when we announced our merger. Enhanced access to tools and support has created a distinct competitive edge for our agents in Delaware that is fueling new growth in the market. Our unified front will play a key role in staying ahead of an ever-evolving real estate landscape and maintaining our dominant position,” said Steve DuBrueler, Coldwell Banker Premier founder and CEO.
