Free student haircuts Aug. 28 at Vogue on 24

Vogue on 24 Salon & Med Spa will host its second annual Free Cuts for Students in Need event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 28, at 36908 Silicato Drive, Unit 11, Millsboro/Long Neck.
