The Dewey Beach Lions Club presented its Dewey Lion of the Year Award to Scott Joseph Feb. 16.
Joseph continues to have a positive impact with the youth in Sussex County and is the keeper of the John Waples Playground near the Dewey Beach Lions Club on McKinley Avenue. The playground provides fun for kids of all ages including equipment for climbing, sliding and swinging, with clean indoor bathrooms on site.
