Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty recently announced the addition of Andy Staton, a highly respected and experienced Realtor working throughout coastal Delaware, to its brokerage of real estate professionals.

Staton, the founder and chief real estate officer of Andy Staton Home Services, leads a comprehensive residential and commercial real estate practice in southern Delaware. He and his team have consistently been ranked in the top tier of real estate professionals for the past 20 years. 

A dedicated community advocate, Staton has been honored as Sussex County Realtor of the Year and served as chair of the Delaware Real Estate Commission. He has also contributed his time to various local charities, including serving on the boards of the YMCA of Delaware, the Delaware Community Foundation, and the leadership council for CAMP Rehoboth. He also actively supports the Beebe Medical Foundation, focusing on fundraising and advocacy.
 
In his leisure time, Staton is an avid pickleball enthusiast, an accomplished triathlete, an ultra-marathon runner and a weight-loss advocate. In 2011, he established a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating childhood obesity by funding training and education programs. The organization has generously donated to local initiatives such as the Sussex Family YMCA and the Sussex Child Health Promotion Coalition's Shore Camp for Kids.
