HomeWell Care Services Delaware awarded for excellence
HomeWell Care Services Delaware recently received the 2024 Best of Home Care - Leader in Experience award from HCP, the leading national firm in experience management for post-acute care. The Leader in Experience award is the highest honor a home care provider can earn from HCP and is given to select home care businesses that consistently rank among the very highest in 10 or more quality metrics. This accomplishment shows HomeWell Care Services Delaware’s long-term dedication to excellent care and quality improvement.
To qualify for this award, HomeWell Care Services Delaware had to be committed to providing quality home care services by listening to and incorporating caregiver feedback; perform a minimum of two client and two caregiver third-party satisfaction surveys per month during the previous 12 months; and earn both Best of Home Care Provider of Choice and Best of Home Care Employer of Choice for the year. It also had to maintain an average client and caregiver overall satisfaction score of 8.9 or higher (on a scale of 1-10).
Over a 12-month period, HomeWell Care Services Delaware received high client and caregiver satisfaction ratings in areas such as caregiver training, compassion of caregivers, communication, scheduling, client/caregiver compatibility and more.
