'Wasted in Margaritaville' coming to  Cordrey Center June 28

June 17, 2012

The Cordrey Center located near Millsboro will host “Wasted in Margaritaville,” an interactive murder mystery dinner theatre event, Thursday, June 28.

“Wasted in Margaritaville” is an interactive play put on by the Lewes-based Foot Light Productions performers.  Cast members will act out a fictitious murder mystery story while participants are eating dinner.  Everyone who attends is encouraged to wear their best “parrot head” or tropical attire and be ready to solve a murder mystery.  The major goal for the evening is to have fun.

The cast will mingle among the crowd during cocktails which begins at 5:30 p.m.  The play will begin during dinner and over the course of the evening, the audience will help solve the mystery.  When the play is over the cast comes out and makes clues available to the audience and then collects the ballots.  After the cast reviews the ballots, the winner is announced and a prize is awarded accordingly.

The ticket price includes the murder mystery, a dinner buffet catered by The Georgia House, with salads, side dishes, and dessert.  Also available will be a cash bar featuring margaritas.

The murder mystery begins at 6 p.m.  The Cordrey Center is located at East Coast Garden Center, 30366 Cordrey Road.  Tickets are $40 per person or $75 per couple which includes the gratuity.  Reservations are a must and can be made by calling 302-945-3489.
