Music teachers shine at faculty recital

Cape Henlopen School District music teachers performed at the second annual faculty recital Sept. 11, in the high school auditorium.
From classical works to contemporary pieces, the program was designed to showcase the artistry, passion and dedication of the musical arts educators who inspire students every day in the classroom.
The recital was free, but donations were accepted at the door to benefit the Cape Henlopen instrumental music boosters.
Frederick D. Thomas Middle School Choir Director Juleeann Schlitter is accompanied by David Libby, as they perform “Being Alive” by Stephen Sondheim.
