Beebe patient medical records transition to MyChart Nov. 1

October 28, 2025

As Beebe Healthcare transitions to MyChart, a wide range of patient health information will be available to support continuity of care and a more connected experience.

Starting Saturday, Nov. 1, patients will be able to view their medical history, upcoming appointments, future orders, and current referrals and authorizations directly in MyChart.

Patients will have access to previous portals through Sunday, Nov. 30. Older health records will still be part of patients’ medical charts and accessible to their care teams, but they won’t all be visible in MyChart.

The following records will be transferred automatically to MyChart Nov. 1.

Records going back three years will include doctor’s notes, scanned documents and vitals, plus progress notes, history and physicals, and other documentation.

Records going back five years will include name, date of birth, address and other personal details; encounter history; lab results, imaging reports and insurance information.

Records going back 10 years will include pathology reports, colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy notes, oncology treatment history and lifetime tracking of radiation exposure for cancer patients; and mammography screening imaging records.

To download health records before Nov. 30, and review links to portals, helpful information and phone numbers, go to beebehealthcare.org/patients-visitors/portals.

For outpatient services like primary care, internal medicine and specialty offices, click on Beebe Medical Group’s portal and log in to Athena. Select My Health from the left menu, and choose the time frame for information to download. Users can choose a custom date range, a single specific date, or all time for all records that exist in the portal.

To access records including labs, imaging, and records from a stay in the hospital or visit to the Emergency Department, patients can follow a similar process for the Health eRecord portal, which is also found on that webpage.

For record requests after Nov. 30, contact Beebe’s Health Information Management team.
