Back the Blue event at Hudson Fields canceled

A Back the Blue event scheduled for today from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Hudson Fields in Milton has been canceled due to inclement weather. The event was slated to honor Delaware State Police Cpl. Matthew Tyler Snook, who was shot to death Dec. 23 in the line of duty. 

A similar event was held Jan. 3 in Newark when The Blue Line Network placed memorial stickers honoring Snook on the rear window of each vehicle.

In a Facebook post, The Blue Line Network said the event will be rescheduled.
