Ellendale home struck by gunfire

The Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting incident after someone fired at an Ellendale home Jan. 18.
Troopers responded at 1:20 a.m. to a home in the 18000 block of Sharons Road for a report of shots fired and learned that multiple gunshots had struck an occupied residence and two unoccupied vehicles. Two adults and two children were in the home at the time, police said, but no one was injured.
