An electrical hazard was reported at 11:17 a.m., April 15, at the intersection of Second Street and Henlopen Avenue in Rehoboth Beach after a contract worker cutting tree limbs was injured. Rehoboth Beach Police and the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company responded. The victim was transported by ambulance to Beebe Healthcare. Motorists should expect delays in the area.
