First Class Properties office opens in Lewes; real estate firm rents office space
Not only will First Class Properties–Lewes be renting homes, but its new 4,400-square-foot location features private offices that are fully furnished and include use of a conference room, receptionist, customer beverage center and media center for a monthly rental fee.
The firm offers use of its facility for a day free to anyone wishing to experience the advantage of having a private business office at the beach.
The facility will accommodate five private offices with five additional office areas for temporary use.
The temporary-use areas are to serve the general public and can be rented by the hour.
“When you are vacationing there is no worse companion than someone buried in their BlackBerry or Droid and attempting to handle business while balancing the needs of their family and guests,” said Audrey Brodie, broker and owner of First Class Properties–Lewes. “Our First Class Properties office space affords everyone the flexibility of having all the equipment needed to get business done efficiently so they can return to their vacation and recreation priorities.”
The Lewes office is the third location; the others are in Dover and Milford.
The team of 28 Realtors specializes in rentals, property management, and real estate purchases and sales.
With a current inventory of more than 100 year-round rentals, Audrey and Ken Brodie are looking to assist beach homeowners with short-term rental opportunities and year-round tenants.
“Ninety percent of our homeowners live out of state, and many live out of the country,” said Ken Brodie.
“We pride ourselves on providing them with first-class service that includes regular inspections of their home and managing the ongoing maintenance situations.”
First Class Properties has been responsible for the purchase or sale of more than $100 million in Delaware real estate transactions in just the last five years.
