Aspen Cornucopia Basil Halloween Italian Caprese

Ingredients

Fresh Mozzarella

Basil

Plum Tomatoes

Salt and Pepper to taste

Aspen Cornucopia Basil Vinaigrette

Thinly Sliced Green and Black Olive for garnish

 

Directions

Slice Plum tomatoes into rounds. Use a straw poke holes into green olive slices. Use the same straw to poke “pupils” out of black olives, for a perfect fit. Assemble basil leaves, tomato slices, green olive slices and black olive pupils. Drizzle with Aspen Cornucopia Basil Vinaigrette for a scary and delectable treat.
