Scott and Amanda Martz of Millsboro announced the birth of their beautiful baby girl, Breanna Jo Martz, at 4:14 a.m., Wednesday, May 15, at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford. Baby Breanna weighed 8.2 pounds and measured 21 inches.
