Que Pasa? Mexican Restaurant now open
The award-winning Que Pasa? Mexican Restaurant at the Lighthouse Cove Resort complex in Dewey Beach has reopened for the 2014 season. Que Pasa is operating on weekend hours until Memorial Day weekend: Fridays, 4 to 11 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Que Pasa will transition to a 7-day operation after Memorial Day.
The popular bayside Dewey Beach establishment offers delicious Mexican cuisine with beach flair and is well known for its premium margaritas, homemade guacamole and salsa, and offers the best sunset dining in Delaware, situated on the shoreline sand of Rehoboth Bay.
“Along with reopening of the Lighthouse Restaurant, having Que Pasa in operation signals the start of summer 2014,” said E. Thomas Harvey III, president, Dewey Beach Enterprises, which owns the Lighthouse Cove Resort.
Lighthouse Cove will announce future plans for the third on-site restaurant, Crabbers Cove, within the coming weeks.
The Lighthouse Cove resort encompasses the Hyatt Place Hotel; penthouse and bayside residential condominiums; retail stores and restaurants; a future conference center; and an array of public amenities. The resort redevelopment project has created hundreds of construction and permanent jobs; and is helping Dewey Beach transition to a family-friendly, 21st century year-round resort.
