'Sandy the Sea Witch' children's book now on sale

New to Sea Witch in 2014 is the first Sea Witch children’s book, "Sandy the Sea Witch." In it, Sandy and her friends work together to keep the beach clean. The book is written by 10-year-old Kaitlyn Rowe and illustrated by local artist Kacie Yakimowicz.  "Sandy the Sea Witch" is geared to children 6 years and under.

Books can be purchased in the chamber Visitors Center, 501 Rehoboth Ave. in Rehoboth Beach, or at the festival information table during Sea Witch weekend Oct. 24-26. Cost per book is $10, and supplies are limited. Only 1,000 first-edition copies have been printed.
