Floods announce birth of daughter

Chris and Heather Flood of Lewes are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Florence Evelyn Flood.

She was born at 4:09 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 18, at Beebe Healthcare. Florence weighed 8 pounds, 11.6 ounces, and was 21 inches long.
