The Meoli Companies recently acquired seven McDonald’s restaurants from The Hoff Companies. All the restaurants are located on the Delmarva Peninsula in Maryland and Delaware. The acquisitions will more than double the restaurants owned by McDonald’s franchisee Michael Meoli, bringing the total number of restaurants to 13.
“This is a remarkable patch of restaurants in terms of location and operational excellence. We couldn’t be more proud to add them to our family,” said Meoli. “Our operations team at the Meoli Companies shares the McDonald’s philosophy of being a good neighbor in the communities in which they operate, and we’re eager to get to know each community and discover ways in which we can be more involved.”
The acquired locations include Seaford and Harrington, and Denton, Federalsburg, Easton, and Cambridge, Md. There are two restaurants in Easton, one on Route 50 and one on the bypass at the Easton Shopping Center.
