Hop Lips IPA to join Fordham and Dominion Brewing Co. Pinup Series

April 13, 2015

Fordham and Dominion Brewing Co. announces the year-round addition of Hop Lips IPA to its Pinup Series beginning May 4. Consumers are encouraged to try the new libation at its unveiling Saturday, April 25, during the 4th Annual R2Hop2 Beer and Music Festival on the grounds of the brewery.

Hop Lips IPA showcases both Nelson-Sauvin and Citra hops with notes of white wine fruitiness, melon, lime and passion fruit. These big aroma and flavor varieties alongside a classic East Coast malt body create an IPA drinker's best friend. “Can you believe we’ve been brewing good beer since 1989, and here we are in 2015 releasing our first-ever IPA?” said Jim Lutz, president and CEO of Fordham and Dominion Brewing Co.

“It’s given us a fresh perspective and allowed us to step back and talk to each other about all the nuances we appreciate from our favorite IPAs. It’s a very competitive market when it comes to the top-selling craft beer style in the U.S., but we believe we’ve done right by the brewing gods,” Lutz said. Hop Lips IPA will be available year-round in 12-ounce bottles and on draught.

Tours with tastings are offered at 5 and 6 p.m. every Friday and at 11 a.m., 12:30, 2 and 3 p.m. every Saturday at Fordham and Dominion Brewery, 1284 McD Drive, Dover. For more information, go to fordhamanddominion.com.
