Referencing the map of Hawkseye included here, use Peregrine Road to make your way to the rear of the community. On the corner of Merlin Drive and Peregrine Road you will find River Forest, a stunning cedar shake home. Continue on Peregrine and you will discover Shadymont on the left on home site 157, followed by Elberton Way on home site 155. Kousa Creek, which we built as a 2012 Southern Living Showcase Home, is on the right on home site 59, followed by Tucker Bayou under construction on home site 57. Next door to Tucker Bayou on home site 56, is Wellstone Place.
We are very excited to be currently building Tucker Bayou designed by Looney Ricks Kiss Architects on home site 57. This house plan was inspired by classic seaside architecture, combining the aesthetic of a coastal Southern vacation home with a thoughtful floor plan offering several very unique features; the most distinctive of which is a seamless connection of interior and exterior living spaces. Tucker Bayou was featured as the 2007 Southern Living Idea Home. Tucker Bayou is not available; however, we are offering Bucknell Place on home site 158. Not only do we have access to thousands of house plans, our clients are able to work directly with Southern Living architects to customize their homes and make them completely their own. Your next custom home could be designed by a nationally recognized architect like Frank Betz Associates, Mitchell Ginn, Looney Ricks Kiss Architects, or John Tee!

We not only help you navigate through house plans, we personally work with you and the architect to modify an existing plan to better fit your vision of the perfect home. Other builders may only have a few stock plan options at their disposal and/or require you to modify blueprints with one of their in-house CAD technicians. Ideally, blueprints should be modified by professional architects who have an understanding of design aesthetic, scale, and the architectural style your home reflects. Well executed design adds value to your home.
