Knights of Columbus members conduct roadside cleanup on Route 24

Members of the Bishop Burke Council Knights of Columbus No. 11285 from Mary Mother of Peace Church recently participated in a roadside cleanup on Route 24. They collected and secured 26 bags of trash plus other assorted pieces of junk from the roadway on a two-mile stretch from WMF Watercraft on the east to the Rock Pile to the west.
The knights do this on a semiannual basis in an effort to keep that area clear of refuse. For more information, call Jack McGinley at 302-945-0698.
