Frank Hornstein joins Coldwell Banker Resort Realty's Rehoboth office
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announced the addition of Frank Hornstein to the firm’s Rehoboth Branch.
Hornstein brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. Recently he worked for two years at another local real estate firm and was honored three times as the Top Listing Agent of the Month. During 2015 he sold approximately $4.4 million in real estate. Hornstein earned his bachelor of science in management from Penn State University.
Prior to that he owned his own business, PlantWorks Design Group, in Washington, D.C., which supplied interior plants, landscaping and Christmas decorating to businesses. After 29 years, Hornstein decided it was time to move to the beach and make a change to a new lifestyle. Real estate was always his plan.
Hornstein comes to Coldwell Banker as a chance to continue his career in real estate. He chose Coldwell Banker Resort Realty due to the strength of its brand, outstanding culture and educational benefits.
Hornstein lives in Rehoboth and has had a place at the shore for 15 years, originally coming as a weekender and then a full-time resident. He lives here with his tabby cat Boo Boo. He has been in love with the area from the very beginning. Hornstein volunteers his time with CAMP Rehoboth helping decorate for special functions. He looks forward to helping buyer clients realize what a wonderful place Coastal Sussex County is.
