Bayhealth is pleased to welcome accomplished physician, Matthew J. Tulloch, MD, to its growing primary care team. A board-certified family medicine physician with more than 30 years in the local community, Dr. Tulloch is now accepting patients aged 15 and older at Bayhealth Primary Care, Milton.
Dr. Tulloch brings decades of experience in comprehensive family medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and completed his family medicine residency at Memorial Hospital of Burlington County in New Jersey. Throughout his career, Dr. Tulloch has been dedicated to caring for the communities of Kent and Sussex counties. His longstanding commitment to central and southern Delaware reflects his deep dedication to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families.
