AG Museum Indoor Winter Flea Market set Feb. 19-20
Since last year’s Winter Indoor Flea Market was such a success, Dover's Ag Museum is expanding it this year. In addition to the Flea Market Friday and Saturday, Feb. 19-20, Green Gavel has been invited to do a live auction Saturday. One of these auctions can bring another 200-300 customers to the site that will hopefully browse through the vendors.
The museum will have a variety of 30 vendors that will be selling goods such as antique trains, sports memorabilia, door mats made from recycled tires, tools, depression glass, Avon, fabric by the yard, vinyl records, reiki jewelry, artwork, yard sale items and household goods to name a few.
Flea market shoppers can enter the handicap accessible space at 10 a.m. and shop until 2 p.m., both days.
Held indoors within the Great Hall, however dressing in layers is suggested for maximum comfort. There will be coffee and food for purchase.
The Delaware Agricultural Museum at 866 N. DuPont Hwy., Dover, opposite Home Depot, is a private museum dedicated to educating school groups and the general public about agricultural history dominantly with the aid of a volunteer staff.
