Anne P. Kabino, always on the go

Anne Pauline Kabino, 66, of Rehoboth Beach passed away Friday, July 16, 2021. Born in Wilmington Oct. 14, 1954, she was the daughter of the late William Sr. and Nellie Reed Thompson.

Mrs. Kabino retired from a bridal shop, but held numerous sales positions during her life, and was hardworking and always on the go. She loved vacationing at the beach and attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, especially ice skating events.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, John J. Kabino; children, Jeffrey Kabino, Staten Island, N.Y., Lee Kabino, Rehoboth Beach, and Ashley Kabino, Lewes; grandchildren, David, Courtney, Melanie, Isabella, Bryan, Eva, Lilliana, Rosalie, Lena, and Joseph; three great-grandchildren; siblings, William Thompson Jr. (Bobbie), Hope Mitchell, and Thomas Thompson (Robin); numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kabino was preceded in death by her siblings, Lynn Bliler and Kay Thompson.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 23, at Cherry Hill Methodist Church, 33 Elk Mills Road, Elkton, Md., with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Cherry Hill Methodist Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Beebe Medical Foundation-Tunnell Cancer Center, 902 Savannah Road, Lewes, DE  19958.
