Anne Powell joins Keller Williams Luxury International

Keller Williams Realty announced that Anne Powell, associate broker, has joined KW Luxury International, a division of Keller Williams dedicated to the marketing and promotion of luxury properties worldwide.

Powell has been in the residential real estate industry for more than 14 years, is licensed as an associate broker in both Delaware and Maryland, and previously worked for Carl M. Freeman Companies, Seacoast Real Estate, Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s and ResortQuest Real Estate. She is a consistent top producer, ranking in the top 1 percent of Delaware agents. Powell is a designated Resort & Second Home Property Specialist. She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in education, both from the University of Delaware.

Powell currently serves in a volunteer capacity as board of trustees president-elect for the Ocean View Historical Society as the group is curating a Coastal Towns Museum and developing the Coastal Towns Historical Village at Ocean View.
