Coastal Mobiles grows; one-stop shopping offered

The average single-family home sold in Rehoboth Beach is more than $400,000.  Realtors Kelly West and Ryan Class have just joined forces with Mann & Sons Inc. to help people who are more budget conscious find homes.  
West and her brother Martin West, originally from Elkton, Md., started CoastalMobiles.com back in 2004, and they just added Sussex County native Ryan Class to their team.  Class is successful in his own right as a local dealer of manufactured homes.  

Class became a licensed Realtor in 2009, and he is established in the Sussex East, Sussex West and Colonial East communities.  Class’ dealership, Bayside Homes, is located in the Storage Solutions building on Route 1, and Kelly West is in the Mann & Sons building across from Applebee’s on Route 1.  

A Realtor since 2004, West and her team have always been passionate about providing the same service that people expect to be provided to high-end buyers.  “Due to a lower price point, some buyers tell us that we are the only Realtor that would return their calls,” said West.  

Class is the owner of Bayside Homes, the only Rehoboth Beach-based dealer of brand-new manufactured homes.  West’s team averages 100 leased-ground mobiles sold every year and with the new partnership, she and Class will now able to offer buyers a one-stop-shop service with home inspectors, lenders, insurance, contractors and settlements.
