March 18, 2019

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty has again received corporate accolades from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC with the announcement of its international awards.

Recognized as one of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC’s longest-operating franchisees, Coldwell Banker Resort Realty first affiliated with the Coldwell Banker brand in 1983.

Todd Keffer, Mid Atlantic brand ambassador for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, presented Kathy Newcomb with a special glass pillar, memorializing the 35-year designation as a Coldwell Banker franchise location.

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty was named the No. 1 company in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income for 2018 for the State of Delaware for the Coldwell Banker franchise system. The No. 1 ranking is among Coldwell Banker affiliate companies only and does not include NRT LLC.

“Coldwell Banker Resort Realty exemplifies the standards of excellence for which Coldwell Banker affiliate offices are known,” said Keffer. “It is an honor to recognize Coldwell Banker Resort Realty.”

Skip Faust has been named No. 1 agent for his 23rd year. Faust has been a licensed realtor since 1986. He is a Beebe Baby and an alumnus of Cape Henlopen High School and University of Delaware; and he is proud to call Lewes home. Over the years, he has been actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor with Lewes Little League.

“Our clients look to us for results, and the leadership at Coldwell Banker Resort Realty makes it possible to provide the best service to our clients, exceed expectations and achieve results. It’s a client-focused team effort,” said Faust.

For his 2018 production, Skip Faust was recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier designation, distinguishing him among the top 3 percent  of agents worldwide.

Rick Bennett and Lee Johnson were recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite designation, distinguishing them within the top 5 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. Bennett has been licensed in Delaware since 1995, and serves as broker and manager of the Seaford branch office. Johnson has been in sales since 1998; he earned his real estate license in 2001 and his associate broker’s license in 2006.

Receiving the International President’s Circle designation for their achievements in 2018 were Lori Milton, Nitan Soni and Dana Byrd, distinguishing them among the top 10 percent of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Byrd and Milton are agents in the Milford branch, working in both Kent and Sussex county real estate markets. Soni works from the Rehoboth Branch and has focused on the Milton and Lewes areas, specifically in new construction, currently representing Lane Builders in a new community, the Vines of Sandhill.

Receiving the International Diamond Society Designation for their achievements in 2018 were Joanne Milton, Julie Gritton and Jeff Kemp. This places them among the top 15 percent of all sales associates worldwide. Gritton is currently the Lewes branch manager and leads the Julie Gritton Team. Milton returned to the Milford branch as manager and has led the company in record-setting branch sales growth. Kemp has achieved success in a short time by working hard and diversifying his listings through Smyrna, Bridgeville, Seaford, Millsboro and Georgetown.

Receiving the International Sterling Society designation, placing them in the top 25 percent of all sales associates worldwide for their achievements in 2018, were Beth Dorman, Dawn Loeffler, Debra Hartney, Dennis Barnes, Aimee DeBenedictis, Melissa Rudy, Ruth Sivils and Nancyann Price. Achieving this level of international recognition takes a full-time commitment to their clients and a passion for real estate.

All agents recognized are members of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors and Sussex County Association of Realtors.
