Delaware Democratic Party names executive director
Seth Barnes has been appointed new executive director of the Delaware Democratic Party.
With more than 15 years of government experience, Barnes recently served as a legislative aide to U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minnesota, and has held senior organizing roles on national and state campaigns, including as deputy GOTV director for the Minnesota Coordinated Campaign.
“Seth’s experience, leadership and collaborative spirit make him the right person to guide our operations as we prepare for 2026 and beyond,” said Evelyn Brady, chair of the Delaware Democratic Party, in a statement.
“I’m honored to join the Delaware Democratic Party at such a crucial moment,” Barnes said in a statement. “Delaware Democrats have a proud tradition of grassroots organizing and community leadership, and I’m eager to build on that foundation as we work together toward our shared goals.”
